The subconscious mind is an intriguing part of all of us that many wish they could understand.
Why do some people succeed at everything they do, while others fail?.
Why do affirmations work like a dream for some and not other’s.?

Have you ever had a reaction to something and wondered where that came from? If you have you certainly wont be alone millions of people all around the world ask themselves every day,
Why did I do that? or
Why did I react like that?
Jung and Freud referred to the subconscious as the unconscious and people argue about this all the time I look at the subconscious as being unconscious so either one can be correct it is what you are comfortable for me I refer to it as the subconscious that which we are unaware of yet controls so much of our actions and ideas.
Many of the discussions I have been involved with over the years, question where does the subconscious lie?. Some believe in the brain some believe pain and memories can be stored anywhere in the body especially if someone has sustained injury during a traumatic time.
This can be stimulated by someone touching that part of the body and a memory stored in the subconscious can come flooding back.Yet we all know people can be returned to a trauma be seeing an event, hearing a sound, smelling a scent that reminds them of a that trauma.
Throughout studies and investigations it has been proven that fears and phobias can be relieved instantly by accessing the original event. These events can be from this life or from what some believe as past life events.
It doesn’t matter what a therapist or client believes when taking a client to the original cause of a behaviour clients often recall in great detail, even to the point that their facial structure and voice changes to depict such events.
As long as a therapist accesses these events and completes the work necessary to remove the trauma, the client comes back often with no recall of the fear or Phobia and can look at you with a look of amazement when you refer to their fear or phobia claiming no such issue. A good reason to have clients pay up front LOL.
